Reiki Healing 

This healing session combines several powerful modalities—Reiki energy, sound vibration, crystal therapy, and infrared heat therapy—to create a deeply restorative experience for your body, mind, and spirit.

What to Expect

You’ll relax fully clothed on a treatment table equipped with an infrared BioMat, which gently emits soothing warmth, far-infrared rays, and negative ions. This natural heat helps ease muscle tension, improve circulation, and prepare your body to receive energy more deeply.

Before the session begins, a crystal grid is intuitively designed and placed either beneath or around you. The grid uses sacred geometry and carefully selected stones to direct and amplify healing energy throughout your session. Each crystal is chosen for its unique vibration and purpose.

Additional crystals may also be placed on or near your chakras to restore balance and harmony to your energy field.

Surround yourself with the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and soft ambient sound. This “sound bath” entrains your brainwaves into a meditative state and helps reset your nervous system.

The Reiki Energy

Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy healing technique that channels universal life force energy to support natural healing on all levels—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. As the Reiki energy flows, it works in harmony with the crystals and the infrared warmth, helping to clear blockages, balance the chakras, and promote deep relaxation.

Most clients describe this experience as deeply peaceful and rejuvenating. You may feel warmth, tingling, or waves of calm energy moving through your body. Some people experience emotional release or a sense of lightness as stagnant energy clears away.
