Learn Reiki with our Reiki master Kaye McAuley

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation. As an energy therapy Reiki assists your body in releasing built up stress thereby promoting wellbeing on all levels: mental, emotional, spiritual and physical. We are energetic beings. Our energy levels can become depleted in a variety of ways; unreleased stress, lack of sleep, poor nutrition and more. Reiki helps restore and balance your energy. A Reiki session can last from a few minutes to an hour and feels very soothing and peaceful. There are many reported benefits. Anyone can learn Reiki! A Reiki practitioner not only provides the energy to others but can also provide Reiki to themselves- self care is very important for all of us. Reiki is easy to learn and do as well as it is a safe and natural energy therapy.

There will be 1/2 hour for lunch and we ask each student to bring their own lunch and water to drink. (There is also easy access to the Daily Blend Cafe)
Instructor: Kaye McAuley, Usui/Tibetan Reiki Master/Teacher. Trained at the ICRT. Has 18yrs experience teaching all levels of Reiki training.
After this class you will be able to: provide Reiki to yourself, family and friends and know how to scan the human energy field of yourself and others to find where Reiki is needed. Guided meditation and attunement and practice time included. Certificate will be provided.
